After many years of developing a strong business with a reputation for quality installations and repairs in the air conditioning and ventilation industry, we decided it was time to create something new. We wanted to offer our customers both commercial and domestic the opportunity to see the equipment we install, learn about our day-to-day operations, and understand what we offer as a company. Essentially, we wanted to provide a "try before you buy" experience.
Why did we do this? We asked ourselves, "What do customers really want?" From our own experience as consumers, we often have to do our due diligence when choosing a tradesman or installer, relying on word of mouth, social media, websites, and reviews. After that, we invite the company into our homes and trust the installer to choose and install the right equipment. We wanted to take it a step further by getting to know our potential customers and explaining what we offer in terms of equipment, including giving them a hands-on experience, and the overall package we provide, such as extended warranties.
That's why Lynx AC created the Experience Centre. We wanted to open our doors to anyone looking for quality equipment and a reliable company, inviting them to see the equipment first hand and potentially meet some of our team. We also use the space as a training facility for our up-and-coming engineers to learn everything about air conditioning, from installation to repair. On some occasions, you may even meet the engineers themselves.
