We’ve been installing, servicing, and maintaining quality heating, cooling and ventilation since 1974, so we have over 45 years’ experience in this industry. Whilst we started our business in Lincoln we have grown to the surrounding areas and now provide our services across the whole of East Midlands. Our growth has been down to word of mouth, borne out of providing a high quality and professional service. Not just in the products that we provide, but our expert advice, our reliable and efficient solutions, and our ongoing care, servicing and maintenance.

Air conditioning & ventilation training
We also ensure high standards from our team, our qualified engineers hold the following:
- Refrigerant handling certificates, meaning they are well qualified in the handling of refrigeration and air conditioning
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards – providing proof that our team members working on construction sites have the appropriate training, qualifications and standards to do so
- PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association) certificates, providing assurance our engineers are safely able to erect, dismantle and work with mobile towers
- Asbestos Awareness certificates to ensure the safe handling of working with buildings that may contain asbestos
