We have recently had a new Mitsubishi system installed in our conservatory which exceeds our expectations. It not only heats our conservatory, but also the kitchen due to the additional low vents on the unit. This will be ideal in the summertime when we can change the setting to cool air. After contacting your office, an appointment was made, recommendation of equipment, date of installation and acceptable quotation was agreed immediately. We were told to be prepared for your team to arrive at 8am on the day of installation, and Craig your installer was there on the dot. He worked tirelessly all day in searing heat (80+ degrees) installing the unit in our bedroom and the unit outside. He is very professional, and the quality of work is to the highest standard, overcoming all the unforeseen problems that occurred. The attention to detail in making sure that the electrical connection is invisible, was not an easy job! The result is wonderful. Thank you for an outstanding, efficient, and great job.
