2019 has certainly got off to a flying start for Lynx AC – we’re delighted to announce that we’ve become one of only 100 air conditioning contractors in the UK to attain the Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Quality Partnership (DQP) status.
It’s an honour to receive this award and have our commitment to excellence within the air conditioning industry recognised. Gaining this prestigious status is the ultimate achievement for those working in the industry. Mitsubishi Electric, which runs the DQP scheme, offers three different levels of partnership, all designed to raise industry standards. The DQP is the highest level of endorsement and is only awarded to companies that consistently achieve the highest quality of installation and service – and we’re so pleased to now be included as one of them!
Being recognised with this status is good news not only for us but also for our customers; as a Diamond Quality Partner all our customers can trust in our skills as professional installers and be assured that they will receive the highest level of service from our team. Customers will also receive an attractive comprehensive seven-year warranty on our installations.
In order to qualify for DQP status, and as part of the application, we had to undergo a rigorous auditing process. We needed to meet the mandatory criteria of a minimum of two audits per year – and we passed all the requirements with flying colours!
